Four Corners Health Centre Opens April 2012!

Bramalea Community Health Centre is pleased to announce the opening of Four Corners Health Centre in April 2012 at Brandon Gate Plaza.

Four Corners Health Centre will offer community programs, health prevention and promotion and a robust diabetes education program.  The Four Corners team will comprise of a physician, nurse practitioner, registered nurse, physiotherapist, chiropodist and social worker. The team will also include community health educators, a health promoter and a dedicated Francophone health promoter.
